April writing round-up
May. 18th, 2019 12:48 pmI realised I forgot to post about my April writing experience - which makes sense, because April was WILD for me from a fandom/writing perspective.
What happened, you ask? Well, I watched Generation Kill ten years too late and fell directly in the dumpster. I ended up writing a total of 16,004 words for the month, almost up there with my January total. That's 533 words per day on average.
I posted two fics: Dresser [Aubrey-Maturin, Stephen Maturin/Diana Villiers] and R&R [Generation Kill, Nate Fick/Mike Wynn]. I also started three new longfics, including one which exploded into my brain and made me write 3000 words in one day.
With that good writing day, I regained a 6000 word lead over my
getyourwordsout on pace goal.
