The fandoms I've picked this year are: Dredd, The Handmaiden, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and Silence.
General information
Things I like in fic: I am an avid consumer of darkfic; I read and write dubcon, manipulation, age differences, moral grey areas and dilemmas, power plays, secrets, lies, and messed up power dynamics. Plot twists, trope inversion and clever metatextual references are also great fun for me. Generally I prefer my fic to be canon-compliant or canon-adjacent, although I have been surprised by innovative AUs before. I love femslash and woman-centric fic! Sex and PWPs are more than fine by me. Smut things I like: size differences, choking, dirty talk, cunnilingus, D/s elements (although rarely formal D/s play, especially when it's M/f).
Things I don't want to receive: pregnancy or mpreg, forced feminization, public humiliation, fluff, seasonal fics, kidfic. I don't like anything which focuses on having or coping with a mental illness, especially depression, but realistic references to canon mental illness is fine. I'm not wild about M/f. More specifically: please, no pet names, aggressive verbal slurs or humiliation, lifestyle BDSM, polyamory, A/B/O, scat, watersports or incest.

What appeals to me about this pairing is the possible character readings. Cassandra, by dint of her particular gift, is more worldly than she seems. Ma-ma, one could argue, goes rogue following lengthy victimisation. I'm interested in the moral shades of grey to be unpacked. A story with these two doesn't have to include sex, but it might be a cool dynamic. Some ideas:

My precious girls! If you can write anything canon-verse, I will be in awe of you. I was thrilled by the happy ending of this movie, and would like any fic I receive for this match to be similar. Ideas:
After the end of the movie, Hideko and Sook-hee continue to be a pair of genius thieves and scammers.
Or, Hideko prefers a quiet, unassuming life; Sook-hee craves wealth and power.

- What if Anderson is the drug boss and Ma-Ma the trainee Judge?
- Anderson lost her parents, and Ma-ma knows how it happened.
